Return & Refund Policy

At Meadows Custom Creations, every item is made to order — uniquely personalized just for you. Because each piece is custom, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personalization entered at checkout, or color/size preferences.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and package every order with care.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll happily replace the item or issue a store credit if the damage is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, materials and personalization processes are already underway, and we’re unable to stop production.

Incorrect Information

Please double-check your spelling, dates, and other personalization details before submitting your order.
We create each piece exactly as entered at checkout and can’t be responsible for typos or incorrect details provided by the customer.
