At Meadows Custom Creations, each item is handmade and personalized with care. Below you’ll find details about our current shipping and delivery process.
Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment.
During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
We’ll email you once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight and destination.
We currently ship through USPS and UPS for reliability and tracking.
Estimated delivery after shipment:

USPS First Class: 3–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground: 2–4 business days

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at checkout for customers near our location.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and available time windows.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including Alaska and Hawaii).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed off to USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at meadowscustomcreations@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or claim as appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
